Mikayla Wildemoth
Dressage Rider from Canterbury
I am a dressage rider and full time student (Year 13) at
Rangi Ruru Girls school in Canterbury.
I started riding at approx 3 years old and started competing in the show ring in lead rein. I had a lot of success in the show ring
including HOY titles and competing successfully in Australia.
I have always trained with Dressage coaches and done a
little bit of dressage but it was when I was about 14 that my focus changed to
Dressage.
Some of my achievements have been producing my current horse Donnerock EH from an unbroken 2 year old to National Preliminary high points winner 22 / 23 and HOY elementary title holder, and national elementary high
points winner 23/24. I have also been part of the NZ world challenge team.
I am very proud and appreciative to have the support of Equine America. Their products have been a staple in our feed room for a
number of years now and we couldn’t be without the Cortaflex Superfenn to support the joints of all of the team from the freshly backed 3 year old to the more advanced competitive horses. Another favourite product is the Applelytes for maintaining hydration and replacing lost electrolytes especially when in hard work or travelling.
