Shipping & Returns Policy
Delivery
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 11am are dispatched same day from our Auckland warehouse.
- Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next working day.
- During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday & Christmas), delivery times may increase.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- North Island (Non-Rural): Overnight delivery
- South Island (Non-Rural): 2–3 business days
- Rural & Certain Postcodes: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at orders@equine-america.co.nz.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
If you would like to return an item, please complete our online returns form, or email orders@equine-america.co.nz and we will assist you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
We recommend using tracked postage, as goods remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges to be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method or as store credit.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please complete the returns form and email us at orders@equine-america.co.nz.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement where applicable.
